  • If you receive a non-functional key, we will replace it after verifying the issue.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for keys that have already been redeemed or activated.

If you receive an incorrect software key, we deeply apologize for the error. Please contact us as soon as possible with the purchase details (order number, email, etc.). Once verified, we will issue the correct key to you at no additional cost.
